What currencies do you support?
Our website can be viewed in a wide variety of currencies, including Euros, US Dollars and Hong Kong Dollars. You can choose your preferred currency from our drop-down option at the top of the page. Orders will be charged in GBP at the checkout.
Do I need to register to buy products?
We don’t ask you to register in order to make purchases on our website. However, you may register if you like to make it easier for returning customers, this enables the delivery & invoice address(es) to be saved for future reference.

I want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.
Returns & Refunds
In the event that you order then change your mind, any unused items with all original package and tag can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or the tag is removed, no refund will be issued and the item will be forwarded back to your address or a credit note issued.
